Take the Survey

This survey is the heartbeat of The Not Done Yet Movement. Your voice helps shape the book, the movement, and future programs for women everywhere.

Step one is a 20-minute survey. After that, you can choose to go deeper.

The First Step

The initial survey takes approximately 20 minutes. It includes thoughtful, honest questions about midlife, relationships, health, identity, work, reinvention, and the things no one warned us about.

This is where the collective story begins.

Want to go deeper?

After completing the first survey, you may choose to participate in a second, optional in-depth survey. This extended questionnaire explores specific themes in greater detail and may inform future research, programming, and storytelling.

This portion is completely optional.

Find Your Way in

You choose how you participate.

You can remain anonymous.

Or you can proudly share your name.

Both choices are equally valued.

If selected for inclusion in the book, you will always be contacted first. No story is published without your written permission.

You may also volunteer to participate in a future podcast conversation about midlife and lived experience. Podcast invitations will be extended separately after survey participation.

Optional survey checkboxes:

  • I prefer to remain anonymous
  • I am open to being contacted about inclusion in the book
  • I am interested in participating in a podcast conversation

Your story belongs to you. You decide how it is shared.

Your responses will be used for research, storytelling, book development, community programming, and related projects, with your consent where required.
